INFORMED CONSENT FOR TELECONSULTATION [Borrador completo v3 / Full draft v3] Pending legal review before public launch. By accepting I confirm that I understand and agree to the following: 1. I will receive care by video call. Teleconsultation has limits: the doctor may not be able to examine me physically and may refer me to an in-person visit. 2. This platform is not an emergency service. In an emergency (chest pain, trouble breathing, thoughts of self-harm, violence) I will call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room; I will not wait for my appointment. 3. The consultation is not recorded. I commit to joining from a private place and not to record it myself without the doctor's permission. 4. If other people are in the room (a relative, an interpreter, a companion), the doctor and I will know and agree. I understand that professional secrecy has limits set by law (for example, serious and imminent risk to me or others). 5. Written instructions do not replace a formal prescription. The consultation is recorded as a session (date, duration and instructions), not as a clinical record. 6. My data is processed according to the current privacy notice. I can withdraw this consent by writing to support; doing so does not affect what has already taken place.
